Phone bluetooth or a phone to fit in holder

I have a 2002 vogue with factory standard head unit none touch screen. Has an original phone holder in the cubby box. What is the simplest way to get bluetooth working without changing the head. Or can I put an old standard phone into the holder?

The original phone is a 2G (GSM) phone. Until the 2G networks were closed here in Australia, I simply had a separate account for the car and forwarded my mobile to the car.

When the 2G networks closed, I pulled out all the old phone equipment and fitted a BMW ULF module. It's written up here: https://www.aulro.com/afvb/l322-range-rove...-l322.html

If you need a phone I could post you my old one. Ron B. VK2OTC

Yes, it is. The full-size SIM card slides into the slot with the white lip.

I'll check the model no. Later this morning and let you know. You might be able to get one over there.

EDIT: I just saw this thread: http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/post472192.html

Try asking there, it's a Vogue that's being stripped so he might have the phone handset.

I still have the phone. It's yours for free but the postage looks to be about A$21 (GBP12).

This is what the phone looks like in situ. You don't need to access the phone to use it, calls can be made/received from the screen (I assume your steering wheel has the answer button on the lower right).

Will do. You will need a couple of AA NiCads for the phone. I'll get it bundled up today. PM sent. Ron B. VK2OTC
