Cheapest way?

My vogue se has a full service history.
My battery went flat so I replaced the battery and alternator.
My car is now saying it needs a service in 2004.
Its just had new discs and pads all round and handbrake shoes.
The wear indicator wires were replaced too.
I now have a check brake message and light on.

I am shortly selling my ffrr so would like to know the best and cheapest way to get these removed.
Thanks for any advise.
Andy

Service reset process can be found in the wiki

The check brake message will go away:

The fix is...

Turn ignition on and leave it for + 20 seconds, Red light should go out along with black triangles.

Cycle the ignition again and all should be well

Can you get this any cheaper Twisted Evil Thumbs Up .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink
