Sounds like old fashioned fan belt slip

Engine still running fine....
And belt slip can only be heard outside the RR
What belts should I ask the indie to change?

You may need to check the belt tensioners for effectiveness too (both or either Smile ) .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

Yep, agree with Joe, it's most likely a dry bearing in either the belt tensioner or idler pulleys.

The problem is finding out which one needs replacing.

When you consider the amount of dismantling required to get there, it may be worth replacing all of them.

Mike

What price for the tensioner and belts?

You don’t say so assume the idler pulley was left alone. Any reason you didn’t renew this whilst you were at it? Are they expensive ?

Genuine Tensioner & both belts were approx £200. All other pulleys were checked and didn’t need changing. Chris
