Around 1997/2000, the government knew that their campaign of introducing speed bumps would produce an increase fatalities by a factor of ??? Than those killed on the road by speed. Their predictions have come true & in spades.

Coupled with congestion in part caused by the deliberate disruption of traffic flows by red lights in London, by Ken... they succeeded in driving me off the London roads, but at a huge human cost...

will the stop start feature b Censored r the start motor?

Bill Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc
