Anyone got recent experience of this business please - especially for in-warranty work?

Have used the Thames Ditton dealership for a very long time, but with a scheduled "B" service weighing in at £850ish compared to £620ish at Wimbledon I'm keen to take a look - especially as they are only a few miles apart.
