Fuel pressure regulator code P0089-2F

Just had a load of faults, hdc in active, transmission failure, suspension lowered along with no throttle response, switched it off and on again and all was well, pulled over to get diesel and read the codes and the main suspect was -

EGRs have been mapped out so guessing they’re unlikely?! Any one got any ideas on how to check the pressure regulator or if it’s a knock on from something else?
