Thanks chaps
Well still no news on whether the car is ok.
I am extremely concerned for my sanity and the wife's as she is sick of me going on about it.
Lol
On the bright side, I am sat in Wales, the sun is out and have beer in hand.
Let's see what next week brings
Have a great bank holiday weekend

Well after 7 weeks of the car being at the dealer it is finally back in my possession.
Fantastic drive home barring one issue with the memory button for seat settings still not working properly.
Pretty convinced it's the switch pack.
Nearly happy days
Steve

Great news that you've had it returned after seven weeks. What a fiasco with your brand new car and then they can't be bothered to double check it's all 100% correct, that is truly astonishing in my book.
I'm thinking you have the patience of a saint as I'd be throwing my toy's out by now Big Cry

Andy,
toys and mattress now out of pram, still all sorts of issues with reversing camera and dash display.
Why can't Land Rover when they get one wrong get it right, can fault the dealer they have been in the hands of Land Rover. All they can do is add the updates to the car when they get them, if it was something like changing something mechanical i would be all over them like a rash but it isn't.
I am starting to think I am paranoid and should i accept with the intermittent faults, I can't be the only one who is suffering

I admire your perseverance and we should't be shouting "reject it, reject it" at the first hurdle either as with new models and electronics there's always a few gremlins.
Your's seems to be worse than others and in my book I would be handing it back with a smile and asking when a replacement vehicle will be forthcoming whilst they build you a new one.
I mean let's face it, it's not as though they don't know about their dire reliability records do they yet they still churn out cars that are not fit for purpose and take our money.

You need to be a bit careful about your rights to reject if they keep getting it back to fix, I think one attempt to fix the issue/s and then it's within your rights to reject but don't quote me, better to research the process.
