Evening, I’ve been on here for a while as a lurker...joined this forum round about the same time I joined Disco3. Don’t have the D3 any more and I’m on my 3rd Freelander as a daily driver. Just bought (in addition to the FL2) a 2004 L322 TD6 Vogue. Java with grey hide, 20”s, 153k on the clock, full service history and a fault. I’ll post about the fault in the appropriate section.
I also have a 1986 ninety with a 200tdi fitted for playing in the mud.

The RR is a bit rough round the edges but overall good condition for a 14yr old car. A wee bit time and effort and I’ll have it looking good again.

Well thought I better introduce myself as I've been registered here for quite a while but have never posted. I have a deposit on a Vogue SE 4.4V8 and hope to pick it up next week, it's a Land Rover approved car so have the security of a 2 year warranty. Although I haven't posted on the FFRR forum I am quite well known on Martin's Disco4 site and the Def2 site. I am on my 4th Disco 4 and also have a 50th anniversary Defender

Hi Everyone, I'm new to the forum and my name is Norm. Here's a photo of my pride and joy after a recent fishing trip. Not my first Land Rover/Range Rover but probably my last as my big boss said it's the last car I can buy! Not to worry, I plan on keeping it in good working order and as I'm in my sixtys it'll probably out last me, at least I hope it will.

as the subject line says I'm a newbie both to the forum and RR ownership.

I do have lots of questions, but they will come later. just a little back ground on me, last car was an S type for 3 years, but SWMBO said she wanted something bigger BINGO! two weeks later got the new lady in my life (the seller wouldn't accept a part ex on her in doors ) didn't have a big budget to be honest, top end was only about 5.5k, I shook the man's hand at 3k, but knowing there would be stuff to do coming along (which will be the topic of my first proper post) I'm sure we all have a list of must have cars in our heads, and an RR was for me way up there, if not top of the list, I've been after one for years, now I know what I've been missing all these years, by the way the guvvna loves it, couldn't resist the "I told you so" comment
