Leaking Coolant - 2006 AJV8 4.4L

Hi my FF was left running and stationary for about and hour. Temp gauge never rose above half way. When I pulled away I noticed a pool of water on the ground confirmed to be coolant. Coolant level was till in Range in the tank so drove home about 15 miles no issues, temp gauge in the middle and no steaming etc. When I got home I met the Ff cool down before checking and found the undertrained was damp but nothing on the floor. I removed the tray and saw some coolant on a couple of pipes so wiped and dried them off before running the car for about 10 mins. Car warmed up Oland ran no problem but water started dripping again. Coolantbis circulating ok (I can see it in the expansion tank).

Tried to find a plan of the cooling pipes so I can check the joints at both ends but cannot find anything (tried search and wiki pages). Any help on where these pipes connect or possible causes of the leak appreciated.
