I bet they found it easier to remove the SC and some other bits when i bet the Technical guide is to pull the new pipe through... FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I had to replace this hose also. Yes, it is below the intake and the Workshop manual procedure is to remove the supercharger and intake.
