According to Autocar a couple of weeks ago. The launch is designed to align with the 50th year RR celebrations. Anyone know any different? MY23 D350 HSE

2021 seems to be the more widely anticipated date. This would make more sense based on the recent mid cycle update and LR's usual model life cycle. No way it's going to be 2019. There haven't event been any mules out and about yet.

Autocar are right up there with AutoExpress in making stuff up and publishing it now. I’d suggest it’s about as credible as LR launching the new Defender at their 70th Birthday party and we all know what a washout that farce was!!

Saw the same article and felt more confused after reading it than before. Wasn't aware of LR's plans to release an Estate Car.

Understood there would be a concept launch for the 50th anniversary, with the real thing arriving a couple of years later.

Although LR have said that they will no longer launch “concepts”, as it only gives the knock off merchants a head start in producing their own clone.

This is why we’ve seen nothing since the “concept” for the Disco 5. Mind you, LR designed the “Vision” concept and the, near identical Disco 5, very shrewdly in such a way that no one would ever copy it

That was from someone at the factory (albeit a year ago).
