P1247 Code intermitant restricted power

Hi All,

Purchased RR Sport 2011 plate 3.0V6 from my local used car garage nearly 3 months ago.....Have taken it back twice, 1st they cleared all codes after 4 weeks came back, took it back 2nd time and they done a smoke test and said there was an O ring problem and replaced. That was about 3 weeks ago and yesterday it has come back. Im awaiting there response.

Being new to RR have noticed a couple of things which i have mentioned to the garage, but not sure if they ar normal behaviour
1. Slow at pulling away, almost feels like its in 2nd gear
2. when i accelerate hard with the window down its not quite a whistling noise but a kind of wooshing noise.

Not sure if these are normal or if they are linked to the error code.

Thanks for reading
