Shocked Forgot to add diagnostic tools there are only 2 worth having Genuine Land Rover Test Book (don't ask how much, YOU WILL HAVE A CORONARY!!) or the Gap IID tool which is the be all and end all of home diagnostic tools for the Range Rover... I had the BT IID tool which was fantastic as it didn't rely on my pixelated dash display and used my phone instead!

You sometimes see them for sale on here, just remember that you'll need to purchase a new licence for your VIN, from memory they are £25 ish.... Or do a google for Gap IID !

Just ebay’d gap iidtool £300ish gulp

Whistle I wouldn't take too much notice of a generic OBD II reader... they generally tend not to talk Land Rover, and just make it up for fun Shocked

The Gap IID is definitely fluent in Land Rover, and will do a lot more than the others like hawk eye, lynx, etc.

And the cost is only 2 trips to Land Rover for diagnostic work, assuming that they find it in an hour! Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

A lot of those fault codes are more than likely caused by a low battery..... As they can't say low battery transfer case and hill decent control faults are the norm... normally fixed with a dam good charging!! Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

I read that a lot in this forum, so the only thing I have done is changed the battery to a Bosch S5 110/920, hoping that was going be the magic cure.................... despite the prayers, ceromony and sacrifice to the Gods the answer was..... NO Censored 2006 L322 3.6 TDV8

Well the new battery will have more than likely put out a few of those fault codes, but it wont cure a fuel fault, which unfortunately you have buddy Big Cry

But on the plus side Woburn 4x4 is probably the best place to get it diagnosed / sorted at sensible prices.... the last thing you'd want to do is put it in the stealers.... that is a last resort option, for a kickoff the stealers wont fit recon injectors only new.... that could be very expensive.

Most sensible places will send them to be cleaned and tested / repaired, but not LR, they only believe in new and all the extra cost that goes with it... and profit Evil or Very Mad

I have spoken to several peeps over the years, who have used Woburn 4x4, and none has had a bad word to say, so positive mental attitude Thumbs Up Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Haven’t read all the detail but is your injector loom ok, it’s a very common fault , if you touch the wiring around the injectors it may cough

Shocked

Embarassed forgot about the turbos... that would explain the squeak...

Whistle might be worth looking into to deleting your EGR valves... would help with future turbo life... Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Told by W4x4 to not EGR delete the TDV8, fine on all the others but not that engine.

As i was starring into the part filled engine bay of my RR looking at all the crud that the Exhaust gas Recirculation process causes I did want to desperatly stop it. Crying or Very sad

Idea Anyone tried the TDV8 EGR Delete and run successfully for many many miles and had no problems? 2006 L322 3.6 TDV8
