Again coolant level check

Hi all
Maybe some of you have a idea, I have the check cooland level.
Direct after making contact and starting, never during driving and after contact
off again, check coolant level.
I fitted a new sensor, no joy. Fitted a new sensor again and new tank, no joy.
Put new coolant in, no joy again. Fitted a new aux pump, running in the right
direction, again no luck.
Car runs fine, themp. is alright and so is the level of coolant.
Its a 4.2 SC 2008
And no I doint know anymore.
Do you have any ideas?
I hope so, greatings Piet

After a week of thinking and trying I fitted
again a new, but now, genuine tank, sensor
and cap.
And....result.
No bong and no warning anymore. Very Happy Thumbs Up

I had read in either a service manual or TSB to fill reservoir 10 to 15 mm above cold fill max line, I had this problem with my 4.2sc and changed tank and sensor without luck but this info solved the issue. It would happen under relatively hard acceleration.
