Outside sill panel removal

Does anyone have a link on instructions on how to remove the plastic sill trim below the doors, on the outside. I do a bit of beach work and want to check for corrosion. Thanks. ______________________________

IIRC you just get in behind it with a lever and pop the fasteners, same ones as you find behind the little panel by the front mudguard, below the side vents. .
