It’s L405 time

Made an enquiry regards a very high spec 4.4 VSE,2013, mileage acceptable, been offered what I need for old green, here we go with another sight unseen purchase, and I’ve only sat in one once! At least this one is only a four hour drive , not down in Essex ! Will fire up details once I’ve put it to SWMBO, fingers crossed... Mr. Green

V nice car! Looking at maybe upgrading to a 405 but not keen on the interior (switchgear, central facia etc.) but yours look v classy with the wood effect. Care to let us know (or pm me) the price?

Worn out suspension... The usual engine oil leaks from a 4.4... EGR temp sensors overfueling/filling the DPF... (the usual suspects I’m afraid)

Thanks mate, So I think I’ll book it into local Indy for a gander. And just found out it doesn’t have a tow bar. Bit of a pain , need one for the tin tent..

Well, just had a call from the garage, sorry the finance company has made a mistake, entered some details incorrectly, best we can do is an extra £70 per month.. Looks like it’s back to the drawing board, SWMBO has said no.. damn.

78K miles whilst being a little high for the year is indeed very acceptable.

I think as technology and material sciences progress, miles are becoming a secondary issue to many now. (me included) 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus
