They want 32.000 Euros for the documents....

 TDV8 4.4 from 2012, 278.000km like new + Lancia Flavia Coupe 1964 + RRS L494 3.0 SDV6 + C220CDI Convertible 2021

I take it that this is one that you’ve just come across for sale?

As it’s not worth salvaging, what reason could anyone want to buy the documents for, so much money for, unless it’s to use the dead car’s identity to cover up a stolen car?

Yes, sounds very dodgy Whistle This would be a Salvage Category A in the UK, which basically means total scrap & never to go back on the road.
