New air suspension woes! ***updated***

I’m getting the usual air susp inactive error.

When I plug it in it’s saying reservoir static while filling or something similar??

When I reset the code it works fine, if a little slow (seems to be about 2-3bar until I leave it alone to increase).

Any ideas?

Also intermittently getting something about the auto box program?

Reservoir static is usually the pump -- you can get a repair kit to replace the piston 'O' ring Smile Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

I did the one on my 04 plate, took about 30 mins to whip out the pump, change and put back -- that might be a bit optimistic though, there were two of us, and we were in a hurry! Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Haha never done anything like this before.

Are the pumps cheap enough?

You don't need the pump, just a repair kit -- my supplier was a chap called Bagpipe Andy -- found him on ebay -- not the cheapest, but very good kit, full instructions etc Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Ok, done the o ring and piston ring but plugged it in and same error Sad

It’s getting to about 3 bar or just under then the valves are closing and the pressure drops steadily to about 1 bar Sad

Any ideas?

Any tips on finding it? As my suspension is staying up and not leaning anywhere??

Try the reservoir tank itself, or the pipes leading to or from it Smile Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Is the reservoir tank part of the compressor which I removed? Or somewhere else lol

The reservoir is under the driver (RHD) and rear passenger seat (outside the car!!), runs in the channel between the sill and the floor .
