When collecting the VSE...........

What bits should I check to make sure they're all there please?

Collecting the car on thursday, it's a TDV8 Vogue SE with RSE, Venture Cam (although I couldn't even get it out of the cradle when I tried) etc. A lot more toys than my HSE for sure and hopefully a bit more reliable.

It has the removable towball in its cubby but no key. No sign of headphones for the RSE, RSE remote control??? Should there be one? Is there another cubby where the bits get stored ?

Looks to have both keys and the FBH remote.

I'm just paranoid I'll miss something and get the brush off after the fact.

Cheers

2 keys
1 pre-warmer for the key ring - starts the heaters by remote control
2 sets of headphones
1 RSE remote
Venture cam in upper glove box
Towball 2 keys
Locking wheel nut key
Manuals & service log
You could check the spare wheel & jack are there
the CD changer in the glovebox & DVD changer in the boot should both have cartridges in them
Satnav should have a disc in it
...I'm running out of things now.....

The VSE has a cubby hole in the fold down rear seat arm rest. The RSE stuff should be in there.

Failing which inside the boot right hand side there is a flap you pull up and the headphones are sometimes kept in there

Venture cam exterior holder may be in the boot as well inside the rim of the spare wheel ........ Thumbs Up

Well, she's arrived, and mighty pleased I am as well.

So, Fox, this cubby you refer to. Canna find it. I have the ski bag thing but nowhere obvious to store the 2 headphone bags. I've got the bags which hold a set of headphones and one remote each but naywhere to store the bleedin things.

Mick. That cubby is full of a removable towbar.

Upside is that everything works, no mean feat for a RR. Bow down Well, except the TPMS that is Big Cry but to be honest Ive had that on 3 cars and they have all been equally bad at performing their intended function.

Much obliged Gents.

The headphones in mine are wedged tightly in the rear door pockets. It's a tight squeeze. The RSE remote is in the little cubby in the centre armrest folded down,

Venture cam has to be pushed in till it clicks and then it springs out and can then be pulled out, sometimes sticks. THE INVENTOR OF THE TERM "FULL-FAT RANGE ROVER" :

Ah, so I'm not going mad then. Very Happy No cubby in armrest. Only cup holders on leading edge.
