HI i emailed rapid remap over a week ago regarding a tdv6 remap and still to date i have recieved no reply what so ever..or phone call ..im not saying there no good..(i was gonna go there)... just saying what poor customer service they have..

i had a remap done there and they seemed very friendly and i thought the remap had done its job but within ten days the mpg figures had gone back to what they were before the map....i responded by posting my problem on their forum and the response was that they done the remap to their specs and that's it and they cant do no more ..they did offer to check the remap [not that that would do any good] but swindon to cannock is a long way and it wasnt until recently that i was going up that way so i [like you] emailed them to arrange the check and i to got no response...

thanks for reply scarey pleased it was not only me..and im sure other members have had good service there but ...not for me.. has anybody used DMS.at southampton? and positive / negative dealings

hi rruk i did email them and they where helpful but they dont work on a saturday we go from the iow to the north once a month but only on a saturday otherwise i would of gone to je

I got a remap done by autologic a few months ago. I didn't feel it made much of a difference. I was disappointed it didn't work but was happy they were good about it and gave me my money back. FFRR TD6 HSE

there's bells auto services but they're in yorkshire...i believe they sponsor the RRS forum so you should get a discount..

Autologic remap can be done at any garage that has their diagnostic equipment as well. Their torque & BHP graphs ain't bad, they said mine may have been done by the previous owner which is why no real difference was seen. FFRR TD6 HSE

At least they got back to you I never got a reply from JE (which obviously put me off) - I wanted to get it done next Friday on my way down to IOW (coincidence, I have no affiliation with iowdave). Problem with the North West is it's full of chancers offering to do this but you really don't know what you're getting. I don't even know if mine hasn't already been chipped it's quite sprightly and judgeing by the stone chips on the bonnet it hasn't had a quite life.

i did find JE on the ball to be honest and there remaps do look good its just a shame they dont work on saturday.
