Airbag light on dash?

Hi everyone,

On saturday a red light came on in right hand corner of the dashboard (a seat, with a seatbelt going across and a small circle)

The book says its an airbag fault, and would be best to take it to the stealers to have a look.

I've rang them, and they said its £110 to put it on the diagnostics to try and find the problem, and then expense on top to actually fix the issue.


Any advice guys? Should i just leave it as it is?

mine has came on since doing my paddles i just need to turn it off now Sad "RANGEISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED"

peter, it could be the airbag sensor under the seat cushion, its worth checking the connections under the seat first..my passenger seat had this problem and replacing the seat sensor solved it..

Fingers crossed its a dodgy connector, however it may be more serious, take a look at my airbag warning light experience.
