I know that the side repeaters can be changed

I wanted to know, if it was possible to have this part of the headlight changed in a clear color. (the one in red circle, which I don't really know if it's called a repeater or not)

dont think you can change the indicator colour...the unit is separate from the headlight and contains the indicator and side light..

i did look into this but hit a wall as there does not seem to be anyway to do it  "RANGEISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED"

My plan was to buy two spare indicator units and try to remove the clear sections and use those.

By the way- your example pic shows vertical Amber reflectors, which are US spec.. These would compliment the later type rear light units,with their red reflectors. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

Dont buy two seperat indicators and swap the clear for amber. They are two different sizes. I replaced my side marker and cooked my old one to take it apart. I took it completly apart do see if I could do the same thing. They are different sizes and if I am not mistaking have different notches for mounting. An option would be to disassemble and mold a clear lens from the amber one. A gentleman on the other range rover forum did this with his RRS.
