Where to buy from depends on whether you want genuine filters or not?

2 votes for GAP IID - but you need the right version to work on a 2018 vehicle.
It must be the G3 version to work on newer L405's.

Also consider that the L405 has an all aluminium monocoque body, so doesn't suffer with the corrosion issues to the rear arches, rear lower wing, cills / jacking points and rear tailgate like an L322 ... |

The L322 is an amazing car, without any doubt. But to my eyes, it's looking just a little dated now against the L405. Given the choice, I'd personally go for the newer shape.

I'd say the differences are between LHD & RHD.
My part number for the similar looking part (but not exact), was BH42-02457-AB
Which is very similar to your's, I'd say it fit's in a similar ... |
