Not got a clue but check the voltage on both batteries (if you have two)
Quite often it's a failing battery giving faults like that... |

I would think a repair and respray on your old bumper would be cheaper, and better, than buying second hand, bearing in mind most second hand ones have been knocking about a ... |

Check the WM or handbook, usually you remove the centre roof console and you can wind it shut with the appropriate tool..
