Is there any difference between 05 and 06 models (not 07, with revised dash & stuff). Also, 05 SC, what gearbox ZF 6 speed, not 5, correct? 5’s are only BMW 4.4? Thanks!

| I agree on alternator, I can monitor the voltage over time, and if it goes bad, not much harm. But how can i know that turbos not got disbalanced? Too much risks... |

Yep, that's basically the plan, start with 3.6 and in a couple years move to a really good, looked after, with history 4.4 (or maybe L405? Who knows  ) |

Found it, C0941, looks like they are indeed 12v, ground and i-bus. Can someone confirm please?
