I think someone has at least tried to clean the surface but used too course a paper. I would block all the passage ways with kitchen towel and use a finer grade abrasive on a flat backing block. :thum ...

If you do paint one make sure you use a good barrier coat first. Mine started to wrinkle hours after applying the paint and had to start all over again. Thumbs Up

I ended up colour coding my pillar covers, Santorini black, because they always looked a bit 'tatty' and am pleased with the result. Can you do the same?

Isn't there a cable behind the inside right boot cover that you have to pull? It's like a loop of wire poking through a hole.

The MAF sensors are upstream of the dirty airflow so usually stay clean.
The MAP sensor on the doughnut is the one that needs regular cleaning. Thumbs Up
