Hi,

Thanks for that. I did set it all up when it was installed. Enabled tow assist and everything.

It worked perfectly on the previous one which had led lights.

I did think of that but it still goes off every few minutes with the sensors disabled.

Hi. Saw your post but didn't want to hijack it.

The face-lifts seem to have a different fuse. It's 36 on mine. At least it hasn't gone off for a couple of hours!

Well that didn't work. Will try the fuse next.

Looks like fuse 36 is the battery backed sounder. Fingers crossed...

You cut your existing hangers off the existing bits you remove to fit the armature.

Then you can simply bolt them onto the armature through those holes in your second picture.

As already suggested, just cut the hangers off the bits you remove to fit the armature. They will then be held on with the bolts that you use to attach the armature.
 How could the garage have messed this repair up?

Pretty sure my 2010 doesn't have such a message.

I use my phone for navigation generally though as the maps are too old.
