I used emaps (http://www.e-maps.co.uk/) and was good value and very smooth delivery now with no hunting and sitting in 3rd and 4th like there was before. Was easy as they came to my work (E Lothian) and was vry good value as far as I am concerned. Lovely guy too and really knowledgeable and checked any error codes first etc.
Cant recommend enough

Well can't help with where to go in Glasgow but I got mine remapped same engine as yours, would defo reccommend it. I get more mpg now especially if u do lot of motorway journeys. I'm getting about 24 mpg which I think is decent enough..? Also defo more power on acceleration from standstill etc..
