H/Lamp LED Upgrade

hi guys ive got some leds to upgrade the OEM look on my facelift vogue se but my question is how the hell do i get into the lights to change the bulbs i have hands like shovels and my wife is not prepared to get her freshly maecured hands dirty LOL

All done I just stripped out the grille and headlights made things alot easier
