Thumbs up, like button, etc..

How difficult would it be to rip off YouTube, Facebook etc and have a "like" or "dislike" button against posts??
I know we could just post a reply to say how we enjoyed the contributors witty banter or knowledge into the inner workings of the FFRR, but in some cases the comment might be a few pages back or days old and a reply would maybe out of context on a different page.. Sometimes you might not want to reply but just acknowledge the post with a "thumbs up"...
Anyway, just a thought, because I think it would be a good addition to an already good site.. Previously..

trouble with thumbs up/down is that they become to anonymous and i dont think this phpBB accommodates it.. ... - .- -.
