Yes !

I only needed to cut through the carpeted fibreglass with a jigsaw and ended up with the hatch. I haven't however, got round to putting some black U shaped edging trim around the hole to make it look slightly better - one day ...

It would be easy to do. Only problem would be cost as you would need to replace the entire back rest and cover for the 60% portion. I could envisage upwards of £1000 depending upon trim... 06MY 4.4 V8 Autobiography Cairns Blue with Navy & Parchment Interior

No need to replace the fibreglass back of the 60% rear seat - you can just cut the hole into it if it isn't there !

no kit as such, to do it properly you have to replace the rear seat frame and other parts,

That looks like the bit - just replace the rear seat solid section with that one with a hole in - add the hatch if required!
