Wheel arch protection strip..

Had a search but can see no photos of FFRR's that have the RRS rubber fitted. If anyone has done this, could you please post a picture? I'm thinking it might be a good idea to fit as a bit of protection.. (please, no condom jokes). Previously..

I have completely misunderstood this... I thought this was something that covered the lip externally. I already have the internal stuff fitted. When people were talking about rust on the edges I honestly thought they were talking about some sort of rubber guard that would cover over the outside of the lip... Oh well. Sad Previously..

I take it you mean like the arch extensions on the Discovery 2 ?

The protector doesn't look like the great big things on the Disco.......

The rear arch protectors I fitted, as detailed in the thread, do protect externally - the painted lip edge where all the stones get thrown up etc.........

Yes mark, that's what I was meaning.. I was hoping for something a bit more subtle than the ones on the disco, but that's the idea.

Looks like some of the after market stuff is not so subtle ;

Perhaps, again, there is another model the part can be sourced from, and cut to fit etc ?

There is this generic stuff on amazon ;
