France 2004 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Adriatic Blue
New feature - my Range can whistle

Starting my 2003er 4.4 Vogue, automatic heating, radio on. After driving 5metres a loud permanet peeptone like the whistle of a football referee or when you phone with a fax line sounds. It came fromībehind the instruments(RHD-car)
Radio on off, heating on off, no success- still the whistle....
Stopped the car, turn the ignition off and the key out, radio off, heating off, steering wheel back but still the whistle, but slowliy getting quieter.
Key back and turning , starting the car again, whistle louder and permanent.
again radio on off, heating on off, light on off without success, then indicator switch down to left, click click from the relay and the whistle is off!!

Whats that? Defect indicator relay? Does the car have a normal mechanical (click click) indicator relay? or a electronical? But the electronical relays donīt click. And I guess the indicators were managed by the boardcomputer electronics and the typical relay click comes of a sound generator and this generator produces the malfunction whistle tone?!

Does someone have had the same fault? Does the BMW-electronic have a normal relay, mechanically or electronically ? XJC, RRV8, Series1 86 and 107% of real pleasure

Romania 2019 Range Rover Vogue 2.0 PHEV Santorini Black

I had this once or twice, to me it seemed related to the PDC sensors, that is after approaching some obstacle, the continuous beep didn't go away and slowly faded after turning off the engine. But after a 5 minute break, it didn't come back. I would remove the battery contacts, maybe this helps resetting something.
