New Road Tax Fees: Will it make you change?

I'm interested to know who if anyone, will swap their car on the basis of the stealth tax from Mr Brown and his cronies on 4WD's.

Funny how the media always picks on LandRover as being the gas guzzling brand....and 90% of them on UK roads are diesel not petrol.

Will it make me change? The hell it will

If we go along with yet another tax hike from Brown where does it stop.

£1.31 per litre and rising , increasing road tax , congestion charging and yet we all just sit back and pay it.

Enough is enough!

A college of mine who works in UAE told me that they pay approx 7pence per litre! can anyone confirm this is true?

Gordon Brown should be reducing the road tax on so called gas guzzlers because we contribute the most in fuel duty.

Therefore , I smoke , drink and drive a FFRR i should be due a large tax rebate.

Should i hold my breath waiting?

7p/litre is cheaper than I've heard but then it may depend exactly where you are... a colleague of mine recently came back from a holiday in Dubai where it cost him 20p/litre. Either way... Confused

Considering the thousands of pounds of depreciation some of us suffer each year with the FFRR i dont think a couple of hundred pounds road tax hike is gonna make me change

Alright so as an ex-pat it doesn't really count but I will never be told what I can buy or drive, nor will I ever be priced out of what I choose to drive! Evil or Very Mad
