rear wiper failure

investigated rear wiper this evening , the main plastic cog in the mechanism is fubard , 8 quid off fleebay for a new one as opposed to 80 quid for a 2nd unit , I did toy with leaving if off the car completely as I think its pretty useless as I can see Censored all out the rear screen anyway lol
