Scotland

I really wanted one of the ltd edition tomb raiders, but could not find one in the condition/timescale etc.. So I bought the ltd edition silver and added a few bits... Had this all round Norway in 2007 and it was amazing.

No Velars I'm afraid.

The first Land Rover ever made was there, but I was that excited I took a blurred picture. Never right.

The oldest surviving Mini was there (well, an Austin Seven) from 1959..........

Plus Lady Penelope's car from the Thunderbirds film, and the last Triumph Spitfire and MG Midget ever made.

Well worth a day out.

The Land Rover Experience is next door, but we didn't have time to visit. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Zermatt Silver

I know of quite a few Tombraider models, owned by friends of ours.

They all have one thing in common, other than their limited edition status, and that's rust. Cages, rear crossmembers and all the places you thought were fine on a Defender, these models seem to perforate.

Personally, they do nothing for me. Neither does Angelina.

The premium they command isn't worth the rarirty or the extras, in my view, but I appreciate the appeal.

Now a 50th V8 is a different story, desirability-wise. I think my 110's probably heading the V8 route when I replace her chassis. Si. <This is my name.

I eat rat poison.

A man ain't truly been insulted until he stands buck naked in front of a woman and she didn't even notice. Or care.

Yes, it was an interesting special edition but the timing was bad for the vehicle.
The early TD5s did quite often seem to rust badly with the Tomb Raider being the worst. They also snuck in a year or two before the 2002 update which in my opinion resulted in a better vehicle, unless you liked the bigger shelf on the dash.
