Will RRS alloys work with TPMS

Hi
This may be a daft question but I have seen a set of 20" RRS alloys that I would like to fit to my 07 RR Vogue Se, will this affect the TPMS or can the valves be swapped from my standard wheels onto the RRS wheels?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Nick

I think I've worked it out, the monitor and valve are all one part and fit inside the rim so you just remove and re use on new wheels?
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks

If you just fit the RRS wheels Whistle then you will get errors messages, as the TPMS valves are missing.

You could try and change the TPMS valves, but they do tend to break.

Thanks for the reply.

So tyre fitter could try and take TPMS valves out and fit them to new wheels but they may break? And this will be the same not matter what wheels I fit, unless they already have TPMS valves fitted?

Yes, the TPMS valves will almost certainly break when being removed...
Secondly, the Sport wheels will be the wrong offset for your 07 so will stick out much further... Also the tyre sizes will be wrong for yours leading to amongst others the wrong speedo reading...
