Being new to the FF scene, I was pleased to find this forum, full of people who have first hand experience of the issues that I will (and have) inevitably faced.
Anyway, I decided to treat myself to an IID tool, when the EAS stopped working after a battery change My fault - Another story).
It arrived quickly and I plugged it in wondering what chaos I could cause, then discovered that I was unable to read the last 3 digits of teh code due to a mashed LCD.

I emailed the guys at GAP at 7:30 pm, and by just after 8pm they had me up and running.

I would like to pass on thanks to Patrick and Christian, who worked through the problem and got me sorted.

I work in IT for a big multi-national, and they could take a few lessons in customer care fro teh guys at GAP.

Thanks again from a very happy bunny, with working suspension.

Yes, very helpful people who worked with me to get my IID working. I also work for a multinational IT co (think of brown sauce maybe) and I agree.

If everyone was as good as the guys at GAP then the world would be a better place for sure.

I got approached by a few agencies when they were looking to recruit storage people for some contact they had recently won. It was an amazing coincidence that I told them of my belief that they were very "hire and fire", to which I was told, "no, they aren't like that these days", only to read they were laying off 40,00 people a week later!  Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
