for what it will cost you to convert along with your initial vehicle purchase you could have a facelift anyway , there are other improvments that the facelifts had aswell not just the headlights so your still going to be losing out

have you seen the one RRUK has for sale fantstic vehicle worth a look and a chat Thumbs Up onto no6 Range Rover

See http://rangerovers.net/modelspecs/index.html (the US HSE roughly equates to the UK Vogue)

The 05+ facelifted vehicles have Jaguar sourced petrol motors. On top of that

    - Jaguar-derived naturally aspirated 4.4 and supercharged 4.2 V8
    - 6 speed auto box with Command Shift - combined with the new motors, improved performance and fuel economy
    - Sound-dampening elements for a quieter ride
    - Redesigned bumper (all models), mesh grille and air vents on supercharged models
    - New interior trim colors in supercharged models
    - Available Bi-Xenon Adaptive Front Lights that turn with the steering - believe this was standard on Vogue SE and above?
    - Redesigned tail lights - white opaque which is the break with an orange ring for indicators vs a red and orange light
    - Different LCD under speedometer - 1 large display as opposed to three little displays
    - Tire Pressure Monitoring System
    - Rear View Camera - a god send on such a large vehicle
    - Available Rear Seat Entertainment Package - standard on Vogue SE
    - Available cooled seats - standard on Vogue SE
    - Touch-screen sat nav with revised buttons
