Just a quick note for anyone that has bought a 2008 FFRR and wondered why LR had removed the phone cradle in the centre armrest. I was most annoyed by this as although the bluetooth is very good i still wanted a means of charging my phone as i had in my 2005 MY vogue. I contacted several dealers to be told that the phone cradle could not be retro fitted but i didnt leave it there, i contacted a breaker who had a 2006 MY vogue with the phone cradle still fitted, i went and removed the necessary parts including wiring that simply unplugs and heypresto an hours labour later on my drive and ive a fully integrated factory phone cradle for my 6230 in my 2008 FFRR. I know the phones knocking on a bit now but i find it easy to use so if anyone would like the information of what you need nad how you do this then PM me and i'll be happy to help.
