TPMS Question - Urgent!!

In advance of my new(kind of) 19" replacement wheel sarriving and me fitting them on tomorrow - can anyone give me a definitive answer on TPMS...(and I have searhed lots!!)
My car has it fitted - had similar systems before - never really trusted them but I;m dead keen to avoid any wanring lights on my dash.....
So - is there anyhting I need to do when I take my wheels off and put the new ones off - is there a sensor I need to take care of - would prefer to only have to remove and refit the wheels once to be honest so dont really want to try until Im pretty sure!!!
Sorry for a multitude of questions today - but the improvement in the weathe r(a bit) means I can get onto looking after the motor again...!!!!

The TPMS sensor is the other side of the special valve and is very fragile. I take it you are removing the tyres?

Unless you are a skilled tyre fitter I would say you might need help with this.

There is another thread about TPMS:
