Bottom Grills

Took these bottom grills off this morning to get them painted, Then found out one is see through and the other is fully plastic backed.

If any other member gets a chance could he have a quick look to see if their's is the same as i think i will need to either cut out the backing of the covered ones, which i assume it is covered for a reason as the bottom of the washer bottle is behind it.

Thanks in advance Gents ...... Thumbs Up ====================================

Hey Mick,

Yeah mine is the same, it's the passenger side grille.

Would it be worth getting it sprayed and then colouring the insert in with a small brush and dark grey paint?

How steady are your hands? Wink

Thumbs Up

There must be an external temp sensor behind that grill.

Would explain why ones cut out. TDV8 HST Sport **Current**

Mick, if your going gloss black I would leave them in, better then getting stones hitting your water bottle and cracking it etc

Won't really be noticeable that there is a blanking plat behind either in my eyes.

Photoshop lol?
