I watched this in detail, and I am pretty sure that these operatives have not received sufficient training in the art of washing a car. It was funny watching them try to use the sponge with no idea of the correct technique. I think the car owner would be justified in not paying. Previously..

They spent a lot of time cleaning themselves, but then they were very dirty. |

So hard finding decent staff, no focus on the work, playing around instead of buckling down and do the dirty eeeehhh get the dirt off. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
