ATB torsen diffs

Hi,

I'm owner of an Td6 L322 August 2005. I think that the front ant rear diffs come from E53 BMW X5. In the other hand, Quaife has the ATB diffs (Truetrac-Torsen type) and They have references for BMW X5. Anyone could confirm me if it is possible to fit the ATB's in our cars?
