New Model Re-Assurance Programme Beggining April 2010

Just heard from local stealer that all 2010 models are going to be customer re-assured Shocked

"No Sir" this does not mean we are going to recall them, this is not a recall, this is really not a recall Confused This is a re-assurance programme Neutral

Applies to all 2010 FFRR, RRS and D4's Question

The car will be uploaded with a series of changes associated with the software, address any issues you may have (however small), the car will then be valeted again as a pre-delivery presentation and re-fuelled Question and then you will sent on your way Question Question

Programme for these works will begin in 2 weeks when we have the new loaners ready (you will get your equivalent car for 24/48 hours).

No idea if this is dealer specific or UK wide though Question

The intention is to address all issues of reliability and to give brand assurance that the manufacturer is listening to its Clients.

Our brand new TDV8 bought only 6 weeks ago is on the list (and yes we have had some battery power loss issues because the vehicle stays "awake" at night when locked).

Well done LR Bow down Someone IS listening. Currently running FFRR MY10 TDV8 3.6L and a Disco 3 XS Commercial (tank like but very effective as a Company van). Plus one mint condition Track Day Car in the form of an E36 M3 3.2L Evolution circa June 1996 with lots of go faster bits and only 52k miles on the clock! Oh, plus a few bits to make it slow down really quickly as well! Luvverly.
