| Stratstone Solihull: AVOID AT ALL COSTS | |
I bought my TDV8 Vogue SE from this dealer and have had the misfortune of having to take it back to them for the following reasons:
1. The car was supplied with mismatching Range Rover Sport size tyres. These were eventually replaced after some arguments.
2. When they refitted the tyres the tyre monkey trashed all 4 alloys, and I mean REALLY badly. They thought I might not notice....
3. In the process they managed to break the TPMS system, and to this day is still not working.
4.The rear of the headlining had come loose, they tried to fix it with glue instead of doing it properly. In the process they left black fingerprints all over the headlining and post covers.
5. Every time they had the car it comes back with oily hand marks all over the steering wheel, cubby box, indicators etc etc. Its never been cleaned off first.
6. It has gone in for a replacement headlining as the current one cannot be fixed and is dirty beyond repair or cleaning ability. They ordered the WRONG one and now I am waiting for a back order replacement whilst driving round in a FL2 GS.
I am sure this will not be the end of it so I shall add more as they happen.
Dear Land Rover,
If you are reading this, please take note of what a complete and utter diabolical shambles this Dealership is. Their so called Technicians seem incapable of doign the most basic tasks without making more work and damage. Trying to speak to the Service Manager is like trying to get through to the Queen.
Customer Service is shocking, the service desk chap speaks to you as if you are robbing him of time with his dying child, his tone is dreadful.
In short, they seem only capable of selling a car but have no ability to fix, repair or help the customer afterwards. Isn't it strange how I have never had a feedback request form for this dealership? THE INVENTOR OF THE TERM "FULL-FAT RANGE ROVER" :
