I was just about to post the same. It is glue despite the clips. Oven or hot air gun (on the plastic of the housing - not the headlight cover!). Not too difficult but you need to be patient. 
RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr,
P38, and 2 L322s
(wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too)
