Apologies that I didn't introduce myself before I started asking questions
Anyway I'm Phil & as of Saturday I am now the proud owner of a 2012 RR Westminster 4.4 in Orkney grey & black leather.
This has replaced a 2012 RR Evoque Si4 Dynamic auto as we have recently bought a Siberian Husky pup who is now 5 months old & before long would have been a bit snug in the boot of the Evoque, no such problems with the RR
I contemplated long & hard about getting a diesel again as we have only averaged around 6k miles a year over the last few years & a lot of that was short journeys but I couldn't find a late 5.0 SC in the colour & spec I wanted, there are very few around. Going forwards now we have a dog again ( we had our first Husky for nearly 15 years ) we will probably be doing longer trips in the UK so hopefully the diesel will be the better choice overall plus I am lucky enough to also own a 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage for the times I want to have some noise & fun.
The FFRR forum seems to be a wealth of information & I'm looking forwards to being a 'proper' RR owner

Hi all,

I am contemplating buying a RR, it will be my first. Initially I was looking at RRSports (I joined the RRS forum as Sportie) however, over the last few weeks I have been more drawn to the FFRR's. Because of this I am using a different user name here - and FullFattie was a little too close to what my mirror shows me each morning.

A bit about me: I am getting on a bit. I am a Londoner who lives in Loughborough. I like push bikes. motorbikes, guitars and clays (the flying ones not the detailing type).

After lurking on both the RRSport and this forum for a few months I would expect that I would have talked myself out of looking to buy a RR - sadly gladly this is not the case. For existing car lease reasons I will be looking to buy in May. Probably looking for a 4.4 V8 2010/11 ish but, depending on the strength of the market, I may have to settle for a 2009.

I think that is about it for now.

air susp inactive warning showing what do i do?/how do i get it fixed? apart from this she is wonderful
