United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver
My Full Fat after a day of cleaning and a few new bits added

Spent my day cleaning and polishing the Range Rover including treating the leather seats, here are the results - I don't think it looks too shabby for a 10 year old car Smile

Exhaust tips nicely polished up

Both of my vehicles together Cool Audi needs a clean though Sad

I also added some Freelander 2 wheel arch protectors after having rubbed down, rust treated and painted the underside of my rear wheel arches last weekend Thumbs Up The wheel arch protectors were easy to cut to size and a bargain from Dan at Duckworth's Smile

I also added some new sill plates from Powerful UK

I had also bought new 'Range Rover' centre caps for my alloys and finally got around to fitting them through the week, last weekend I painted my break callipers gloss black and today I changed all my wheel nuts which were rather corroded and let the wheels down somewhat Thumbs Up

Before

After

.... And finally I also bought myself a tailored black carpet bootmat, It's probably not the best for anyone who uses their car for carrying any dirty objects but the most my car see's is a golf bag so I think it looks pretty good.

he he, its sort of sad that we see these things! ! this post reminds me of the time I was at a show, drooling over a jaguar 'D' type race car, worth over a million pounds, and I was giving it a real good lookover, and I pointed out that he had one of his spare spark plugs missing from the cockpit mounted screw-in rack.... I felt pleased I had found an imperfection! and showed the owner, and got the 'friendly' oh yeah! and then I felt such a knob!

there's nothing like looking over your own pride and joy after you've been at it with the buckets and bottles, all afternoon, and the sun is going down, and the people that passed you hours ago are coming home and see you still at it!

I only say as it's nearly always the first and easiest upgrade a ffrr owner performs.

Very nice. What did you do to clean the leather? I've never been quite sure about that and didn't want to mess with the vented seats.

Your Pride shows.

Your pride in your car shows, well done! Your car is reflection of you. I don t mean every one can have such a great car. However you take pride in what you own, and look after it! That will follow you through everything else you do in life. More people could follow your lead, well done!

Thanks Stan. Now I want to know if it's on my car but unfortunately it's parked in London and I'm sat in Sweden. Will have to wait until the weekend to find out. 2006 4.4 V8 Vogue SE
