It will fit all models from 2002 to 2012, and is really simple to fit.


Looking to recoup cost only so £175. I'll throw in free P&P for forum members. (They're over £400 new)

Will this fix the problem where the steering wheel will not tild up or down?

My mate has one and the steering wheel will not go up or down, but will go in and out?

Yes it will fix this (assuming its the motor in yours that's goosed)

There are twin motors for the steering wheel, a tilt and a reach motor, the tilt one tends to go pop more often because it's the one that gets the most use. Discovery 4 HSE

Not sure what is goosed! He bought it like that and never done anything with it just seen this motor and though it may fix it?

Not sure if it will be the motor as it goes in and out but just not up or down?

The tilt motor is the only component that adjusts the up and down movement. If it's not working at all, the motor will be the culprit, almost 100% sure. Discovery 4 HSE

Yes, there are two motors, one for reach and one for tilt. They work independently of each other.

It's really easy to swap out too.
